Refund policy

With the exception of select items, our products are 3D printed and made-to-order.

While 3D printing is a valuable tool that allows us to bring unique, low-volume and custom products to you at a great price, It is visually different from mass produced products and will show evidence of being 3D printed. Rest assured, our designs are optimized for being 3D printed, the material in which each product is printed with is carefully chosen for that particular item's use-case and the finished product undergoes a strict quality control procedure before being packaged and shipped.

Made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-returnable, but in the rare case of a defect or other abnormality, we will work with you to replace or repair your item.

If you want to cancel an order, we will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests before production begins. We're always looking out for messages from our customers so we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
